Link product groups to show their swatches in separate sections on the same product page. For example, you can show regular colors under Core and seasonal colors under Seasonal. Each product stays in its own group.
Creating linked groups requires the Advanced or Premium plan.
Link two groups
Create the groups you want to link, or use existing ones. Set each group’s Option name to the heading shoppers should see, such as Core or Seasonal.
Open one of the groups in Product groups.
Expand Advanced.
Select the other group under Linked groups.
Save the group.
The groups’ swatches now appear together as separate sections on product pages. On collection cards, they appear together in one swatch strip.
How this works with the group limit
Linking groups does not add products to another group, so you can keep Maximum groups per product at 1. See Choosing a group limit.
Add more options
If products within each group also differ by Fit or Size, you can add options within those groups. See Adding options to a product group.
